2 cans of tomato juice (92 oz)
12 oz pineapple juice
1 batch of pineapple kimchi put through blender first
4 tbs gojugara
16 turns of fresh cracked black pepper mill
2 tbs salt
2 oz lime juice
2 oz lemon juice
2 tbs hot sauce (we’ve used aardvark habanero before and kimchi hot sauce)
4 tbs vegetable brine
2 tbs fish sauce
2 tbs spicy fresno sauce (made in house)
Combine all ingredients in a cambro. Blend with an immersion stick blender. Taste. Should get some spice, some savory umami funk, some bright citrus and pineapple of course.
