Blend herbs and a small amount of vodka, enough to easily blend herbs with, and blitz until herbs are incorporated into the vodka. Pour mixture into vac seal bag and top with the rest of the liter of vodka. Sous vide for 1 hour at 140 degrees. Strain. Refrigerate.
