Chartreuse is a famous French herbal liqueur made by Carthusian monks with a secret recipe of over 130 plants, available in potent Green and sweeter Yellow varieties, known for its complex flavor, use in cocktails like The Last Word, and named after the Chartreuse Mountains where it's produced. Its vibrant color comes naturally from chlorophyll (Green) or saffron (Yellow).

Martinis are like eyes, having only one leaves things a little flat, two of course being natural, with three however is when one sees the world in cursive.

Ya’ll braved the wind and the rain, showed up in droves on Monday night and put a serious dent in our wall of Chartreuse! @stackedseattle by @smonson put out a scrumptious menu that you guys devoured - nearly sold her out! Thanks to @drquinn_mediocre_woman and @nemlars for the stellar service as always. @badbishopbar is the perfect venue and Jesse and Keaton - I owe you guys a million thank yous! @drinkwildman @leftmotion @matt_lofink @timmaster22 @chartreuse1605 - Thank you all for the support - these events wouldn’t be possible without everything you guys do. And finally - thank you to everyone who showed up and showed out - the support truly wows me every time!

First No Call No Show Pop Up went better than we could have imagined. Ya’ll were thirsty, you were hungry and most importantly you were a lot of fun. The people to thank are too many to name here but please know that having so many friends come out on a Monday meant the world to me, Khalil and Tori. Bad Bishop were amazing hosts and just the absolute best. Thank you guys for helping realize this little party. Chartreuse Dive Bar will return but up next we’ve got a collab with Mayo Boiz on 7/15 - rumor has it there will be breakfast for dinner

A massive thank you to everyone who came out on a Monday night for a night of cocktails, great food and camaraderie. @mistress_of_malts and @the_brennivin_guy are two of our best, and I was very lucky to have them behind a bar with me, which was an absolute treat. These two refused to take any tips and instead donated over $500 to @anotherroundanotherrally! @alishadavis_sea made a menu that somehow combined Iceland, Scotland and Korea, and she had you guys raving about the food. What a talented chef!
