2 2/3 cups whole milk. 1 1/3 cups sour cream. ¾ cup sugar. 5 tablespoons green chartreuse, or to taste.
Puree the milk, sour cream, sugar, and chartreuse in a blender or food processor until smooth. Taste, and add a bit more Chartreuse if desired. Freeze.
